The solution consists of app(s) for enforcers and a back office, including hosting, management, maintenance and support. The system supports digital enforcement, information-driven enforcement and real-time insight into enforcement activities carried out. The contract concerns the supply and implementation of 1 Digital Enforcement System for mobile enforcement, consisting of back office + app(s), including hosting, management, maintenance, support, implementation, guidance acceptance tests, training and documentation. Usage/ scope (for licenses/hosting): Maximum 20 smartphones (including 2 spare units) Maximum 20 simultaneous users Maximum 30 users (total) Performance: Suitable for simultaneous use by 30 enforcers, 7 office users, plus functional manager and data analyst.
