The subject of the contract is a framework agreement for Technical Project Management Assistance for the implementation of works and construction or renovation works for tertiary, logistics, semi-industrial buildings for the EDF group. The EDF group intends to use, within the framework of framework contracts without commitment, technical project management assistance. EDF SA issues this contract notice on its own behalf and on behalf of Enedis, Electricité de Strasbourg, FRAMATOME, EDVANCE, ARABELLE SOLUTIONS, DALKIA, ES, EDF POWER SOLUTIONS and all its subsidiaries. This contract is composed of 3 lots - Lot 1: Metropolitan France + Corsica - Lot 2: Réunion - Lot 3: Antilles - Guyana. The framework agreement includes the following services: 1. Formalisation of needs and feasibility of the operation 2. Programming intended for a consultation or an execution order 3. Assistance with supplier consultation 3A. Assistance with the establishment of the technical contractual documents of the BEFA 4. Assistance with the consultation of other stakeholders 5. Assistance in the design phase 6.
