France – Earthmoving work – Travaux d'aménagement des espaces publics du secteur Ouest de la ZAC Les Vergnes à Clermont-Ferrand - 63000

The services are divided into 3 lots. The works are divided into 4 phases and include: - the development of the forecourt of the Stade Gabriel Montpied and the sports promenade connecting it to the tram stop, - the extension of the Rue Commandant Luc from the Champratel district and its tree-lined promenade, - the creation of a service road for future building plots. The duration of the contracts includes the work preparation period, the green space maintenance period and the interruption period between the phases of servicing and completion of the Rue Neuve. The present operation is subject to a social clause (insertion hours) aimed at promoting access to or return to employment for those who are far from it, as well as to environmental clauses.
