This negotiated procedure concerns a design mission, in accordance with Articles L.2431-1 to L.2431-2 and R.2431-1 to R.2431-7 of the Public Procurement Code and the Decree of 22 March 2019, specifying the technical modalities for the execution of the design mission elements entrusted by public contracting authorities to private service providers, in the context of the renovation/transformation (asbestos removal, thermal renovation and reorganisation of workspaces) of the premises of the Carsat Pays de la Loire (private body with public service delegation). The mission assigned to the design team will be a basic mission extended to the following complementary missions: - Basic Missions APS - Preliminary Design APD - Preliminary Design PRO - Project Studies ACT - Assistance for the award of Construction Contracts VISA - Compliance and project execution approval DET - Project Management AOR - Assistance during the reception operations and during the perfect completion warranty - Complementary Missions: ESQ - Sketch DIAG - Diagnostic REM / PEMD - Reuse of materials from the building, including the diagnosis of Products, Equipment, Materials and Waste from the building CSSI - SSI Coordination SIG - Signage Space Planning - Assistance in the layout of areas assigned to each entity of the organisation MOB - Assistance in the choice of furniture elements for workspaces, meeting spaces and convivial spaces BIM design - Collaborative working method based on a digital model QUANT - Detailed Quantitative Estimate.
