SBH | Schulbau Hamburg is tasked with planning, constructing, maintaining and managing school properties in accordance with economic principles, while taking into account the educational needs, and leasing the approximately 350 schools to the Authority for Schools and Vocational Training. The school properties include all plots of land and buildings used for educational purposes by state and vocational schools. The total area of all general and vocational state schools is approximately 9.1 million m², and the total usable area is approximately 3.1 million m². In this capacity, SBH has been commissioned to renovate the site at Im Allhorn 45. For further details, see section 5.1.6 "General Information - Additional Information".
