The subject of the contract is the new construction of a senior home. The building is designed as a four-storey structure and is divided into 2 sections - a senior home and a section with special regime. In the building and the senior home section, there will be 50 single rooms and 5 double rooms. In the section with special regime, there will be 20 single rooms. Therefore, the total capacity of the new home is 80 beds. The home also includes a children's group for 20 children. The project also includes parking, paved areas, garden and outdoor improvements. The public contract is not divided into lots, and therefore partial performance is not possible.
