The subject of the contract is the provision of services involving the collection and disposal of municipal waste from the area of the municipality of Stary Sącz. 2. The contract is divided into three parts: PART 1: Collection and disposal of non-segregated (mixed) municipal waste, PART 2: Collection and disposal of municipal waste collected in a selective manner. 3. The contracting authority allows the submission of partial offers, i.e. the contractor may submit an offer for one or two parts of the contract indicated in point 2. Further division of the contract is not permitted. 4. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is contained in the annexes to the SWZ (in particular annexes no. 2.0, 2.1, 2.2, 3.1 and 3.2). 5. The conditions for the implementation of the contract are specified in the contract project constituting Annex no. 9 to the SWZ (appropriately for the given part of the contract). 6. The contracting authority does not allow the submission of variant offers or in the form of electronic catalogues. 7. The contracting authority envisages the award of contracts, as referred to in Article 214(1)(7) of the Act. The contract will be implemented on the same basis as provided for in the existing contract. The value of the contracts, referred to in the first sentence, will not exceed 4 291 900 zł net for all parts of the contract.
