This contract is a contract for assistance to the project owner, as part of the operation to transform and open up the public reception areas of the Opéra Bastille. The consultation concerns a single lot: Lot 5: Assistance to the project owner in terms of interior architecture, signage and furniture. This operation is part of the ‘Nouvelle ère, nouvel air’ project, a project to renovate all the sites of the Opéra de Paris, of which the overall renovation of the Opéra Bastille is one of the main axes and meets the following objectives: - To carry the ambition of a New Opéra Bastille, more open, at the heart of a new cultural life in touch with the public of tomorrow: o by opening it up to a wider public, notably by developing new cultural activities and mediation; o by rethinking the experience of spectators, sponsors and partners; o by developing new event spaces that can also attract a new audience and strengthen the economic model of the Opéra national de Paris; - To ensure the sustainability of one of the world's greatest theatres, which is a hub of cultural life and the cultural economy in France: o by modernising its stage equipment, so that it can continue to offer a sustainably ambitious artistic programme; o by improving the working conditions of employees; o by contributing to accelerating the ecological transition of the Opéra national de Paris. The overall renovation work of the Opéra Bastille will be broken down into several phases: - The implementation of certain "anticipated" technical renovations across the entire site from 2025 (e.g. renovation of roofs, replacement of sprinkler systems, access control and video surveillance systems) - The transformation and opening of public reception areas between 2028 and 2030 (subject of the present consultation) - The renovation of equipment and stage spaces envisaged for 2030-2032, with the aim of improving the working conditions of technical and artistic teams, bringing all installations and equipment into regulatory compliance, and improving their energy performance. The present contract concerns only the project to transform and open up the public reception areas. The other projects will be the subject of specific consultations.
