Netherlands – Construction work – Renovatie schoolgebouw Nobeldwarsstraat 9 – Aannemer Bouwteam

The municipality of Utrecht wishes to enter into a Design and Build Team Agreement with a single party for the design phase of the project ‘Renovation of the school building at Nobeldwarsstraat 9’. At the end of the Design and Build Team phase, the intention is to enter into an Implementation Agreement for the realisation of the Work. See registration guidelines.
