Open procedure in accordance with Articles L. 2124-2, R. 2124-2 1° and R. 2161-2 to R. 2161-5 of the Public Procurement Code. The framework agreement will be executed by the issuance of purchase orders. Each lot will be subject to a separate award. This is a mixed contract: - A standard contract for the lump sum and fixed price part, including all routine cleaning services, the scope of which is known both in terms of quality and quantity, and - A framework agreement with purchase orders for the unit price part, with no minimum amount and a maximum amount for occasional services that will be handled by the issuance of purchase orders as the need arises. The services are paid for at unit and lump sum prices. Lot 1 is a Disabled Reserved Contract - Routine cleaning of intercommunal buildings. Lot 2 is an Insertion Reserved Contract - Routine cleaning of intercommunal buildings.
