Description

On the territory of the park, 17 separate plots will be delineated, with a system of collecting and service streets, accompanying technical infrastructure. The total area of the Industrial Park will be 311,539 sq. m. On its territory, zones for greening, bike paths, places for public and private parking, a stop for urban transport and more will be delineated.

• The main street from east to west with a length of 476 m and a road width of 8 m (2x4m) with an area of 3,808 sq. m. On the southern side of the road, a bike path is planned with a length of 476 m and a width of 3 m with an area of 1,428 sq. m. The road and the bike path will be separated by bollards. The road with a length of 476 m has a two-sided sidewalk with a width (2x3m) with a total area of 2,856 sq. m. On the northern side of the road with a length of 476 m, there are green areas with a width of 3 m, in which a bus stop with dimensions 50 m / 3 m, and 4 underground containers will be built.

• On the northern side, there is a turning area with a length of 113 m and a width of 8 m (2x4m) with an area of 904 sq. m. with a two-sided sidewalk with a width (2x3m) and an area of 678 sq. m

• On the western side, there is a street with a length of 216 m and a width of 8 (2x4m) with an area of 1,728 sq. m with a two-sided sidewalk with a width (2x3m) with an area of 1,296 sq. m.

Description and scope of activities: Preparation of an investment project, in the technical project phase, in accordance with the technical specification and the requirements of the Beneficiary, pursuant to Ordinance No. 4 of 21.05.2001 on the scope and content of investment projects, the Spatial Development Act (SDA) and the subordinate normative acts for its application; Coordination of the project with all control bodies, operating companies and institutions, in accordance with the requirements of the normative base; Obtaining all necessary opinions and permits, in accordance with Bulgarian legislation for issuing a building permit; Obtaining a building permit and lawful commencement of construction; Execution of construction and installation works – construction of the facility, execution of measures accompanying construction, tests, measurements and handover of the facility to the Beneficiary; Implementation of author's supervision under the SDA, technical solutions, refinements and changes to the project, technological control and assistance in commissioning the facility; Preparation of as-built documentation and cadastral surveys of the entire facility in accordance with the Law on Cadastre and Property Register; Transfer of the Facility and its acceptance by the Beneficiary, with Act Template 15 of Ordinance No. 3 for the preparation of acts and protocols during construction; Elimination of defects within the warranty periods, in accordance with Ordinance No. 2 of 31.07.2003 on the commissioning of constructions in the Republic of Bulgaria and minimum warranty periods for completed construction and installation works.

The investment project should clarify the specific design solutions to a degree that ensures the possibility of complete execution of the construction. The investment project must ensure that during normal operation for an economically justified operational period, the facility meets the requirements for constructions, in accordance with Art. 169 of the SDA and Annex I of Regulation (EU) No 305/2011 of the European Parliament. The investment project shall be prepared in the technical project phase, in accordance with Ordinance No. 4/2001 on the scope and content of investment projects, in the following parts: Part "Roads"; Part "Geodesy"; Part "Engineering Geology and Hydrology"; Part "Vertical Planning"; Part "Landscaping and Improvement"; Part "Structural"; Part "Mechanical"; Part "Electrical"; Part "Gasification"; Part "Temporary Organisation and Traffic Safety"; Part "Permanent Organisation and Traffic Safety"; Part "Waste Management Plan"; Part "Safety and Health Plan"; Part "Fire Safety"; Part "Design and Estimate Documentation".

Total quantity and volume of activities under the public contract: The project developments must fully correspond to the specified scope and content of the project. The technical project must be prepared in scope and content, in accordance with the requirements of the Spatial Development Act (SDA) and Ordinance No. 4 of 21.05.2001 on the scope and content of investment projects; When preparing the technical project, all current normative requirements must be observed; When developing the project, the use of modern technological solutions, systems and materials must be envisaged to ensure the quality of execution; The norms of Ordinance No. 7/22.12.2003 of the Ministry of Regional Development and Public Works for rules and standards for the arrangement of the different types of territories and development zones must be observed; The Spatial Development Act must be observed; And other normative acts that are applicable and specified in the Technical Specification.
