A detailed description of the subject of the contract is contained in the SWZ and the annexes to the SWZ. 1) The subject of the contract are services in the field of forestry in accordance with the definition in art. 6, paragraph 1, point 1 of the Act of 28 September 1991 on Forests (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2026, item 663 – "Forest Act") covering works in the field of forest cultivation and protection, nature protection, fire protection, timber harvesting and logging, as well as nursery and seed production, to be carried out in the area of the Bolesławiec Forest District in 2027. 2) The material scope of the subject of the contract covers the total quantities of works in the field of forest cultivation and protection, nature protection, fire protection, timber harvesting and logging, as well as nursery and seed production, resulting from Annex No. 2 to the SWZ, which consists of: Annex No. 2.1. – planned size of works; Annex No. 2.2.1. – detailed size of works by groups of activities, activities and location; Annex No. 2.2.2. – valuation of the contract value for individual works; Annex No. 2.3.1. – characteristics of forestry in terms of timber harvesting; Annex No. 2.3.2. – assortment structure of timber harvesting in the forestry; Annex No. 2.3.3. – compilation of distances and conditions of timber logging; Annex No. 2.3.4. – compilation of positions with additional difficulties in terms of harvesting and logging; Annex No. 2.3.5. – compilation of positions not available for mechanical harvesting; Annex No. 2.3.6. – information on the optimal technology of timber harvesting (potential); Annex No. 2.3.7. – information on the optimal variant of timber harvesting; Annex No. 2.4.1. – potential locations for the care of forest plantations; Annex No. 2.4.2. – compilation of positions not available for renewals carried out with the help of a planter. 3) The material scopes compiled in the annexes constituting Annex No. 2 have an estimated character. 4) The quality standards relating to all essential features of the subject of the contract are specified in Annex No. 3 to the SWZ, which consists of: Annex No. 3.1. "Description of the standard of technology for the performance of forestry works" Annex No. 3.2. Tables of Parameters (separately for each of the Packages) regarding the activities indicated in the "Description of the standard of technology for the performance of forestry works" Annex No. 3.3. "Description of the standard of technology for the performance of works in the field of nursery management" Annex No. 3.4. Tables of Parameters (separately for each of the Packages) regarding the activities indicated in the "Description of the standard of technology for the performance of works in the field of nursery management" The detailed description of the standard of technology for the performance of individual forestry works (activities) specified in Annex No. 3.1. to the SWZ and the detailed description of the standard of technology for the performance of works in the field of nursery management (activities) specified in Annex No. 3.3. to the SWZ constitute the basis for determining the quality requirements relating to the elements constituting the subject of the contract (Annex No. 2 to the SWZ). If an activity described in the above annexes has not been envisaged in the description of the subject of the contract (Annex No. 2 to the SWZ), then in this respect the provisions of Annex No. 3.1. to the SWZ or Annex No. 3.3. to the SWZ do not apply. The Tables of Parameters contain (separately for each Package) detailed information on the manner of implementation of some of the activities described in Annex No. 3.1. to the SWZ Description of the standard of technology for the performance of forestry works or in Annex No. 3.3. to the SWZ Description of the standard of technology for the performance of works in the field of nursery management, in the special conditions relating to a given Package constituting the subject of the contract. 5) The descriptions of the codes of activities describing individual forestry works (activities) constituting the subject of the contract have been described in Annex No. 3 to the SWZ. 6) The description of the rules of the procedure for carrying out the acceptance of forestry works has been included in Annex No. 3 to the SWZ.
