The detailed specification of the subject of the contract is contained in the tender documents, Annex 7 draft contract, in particular in Article 1 of the draft contract and Annexes A and B to the draft contract. The underlying documentation further specifying the subject of the contract and other related documentation is available on the contracting authority's website in Article 1, Section 1.2 of the draft contract as so-called underlying documentation, which is binding for the implementation of the subject of the contract.
