Germany – Fire engines – Rahmenvereinbarung über die Lieferung von Löschgruppenfahrzeugen LF 20 KatS

The LZN is authorized as the contracting authority and the sole authorized body to conclude individual orders on the basis of these framework agreements. It will use services from this framework agreement to fulfill its tasks as a central service provider for the direct state administration of Lower Saxony and other public bodies. In this capacity, the contract in each case involves concluding a framework agreement with a company (§ 21 VgV) per lot for the supply of chassis and body Region East (Lot 1); chassis and body Region West (Lot 2); specialist service equipment for LF 20 CatS (Lot 3). The individual orders (calls-offs) to be concluded on the basis of this framework agreement will be made by and on behalf of the LZN for the Ministry of the Interior, Sport and Digitalisation of Lower Saxony (MI) and the Lower Saxony State Office for Fire and Disaster Protection (NLBK) as well as the providers of fire protection and assistance in Lower Saxony according to § 1 of the NBrandSchG. These include, in particular, municipalities, collective municipalities, districts and the Region of Hanover (hereinafter collectively "municipalities"), which have concluded a supply or service agreement with the LZN (entitled parties). The requirements for this have been included in the overall demand estimate. Invoicing will be done exclusively to the LZN as the contracting authority and contractual partner.
