The services fall under category 2 as per the Labour Code (Law No. 93-1418 of 31 December 1993). The estimated financial envelope allocated to the works is 2 500 000 euro(s) VAT Exclusive (value May 2026). The mission comprises the following elements:

- Basic Mission:

- Diagnostic studies - sketch (DIAG-ESQ)

- Preliminary design studies (AVP)

- Project studies (PRO)

- Assistance to the contracting authority for the award of works contracts (AMT)

- Approval of execution studies (VISA)

- Supervision of the execution of works contracts (DET)

- Assistance with reception operations and during the perfect completion warranty period (AOR)

- Additional Mission:

- Scheduling, Management, Coordination (OPC)

The contract is not subject to allotment. The contract does not include a section. The contract is enforceable from the date of notification until the end of the perfect completion warranty period. The execution period for each mission element is specified in Article 4.3.1 of the CCP. Completion of the present mission will be the subject of an admission decision established by the Department, in its capacity as contracting authority, at the request of the service provider, under the conditions of Article 21 of the CCAG/MOE and confirming that the contractor has fulfilled all its obligations. Indicatively, the study completion time is estimated at 24 months and the duration of the works is estimated at 20 months. Variants are not allowed. No required variant is planned.
