Germany – Firefighting vehicles – Feuerlösch-Kraftfahrzeug mittel Flugplatz (FLKfz mittel FlPl)

It is intended to conclude a framework agreement with a company for the manufacture and supply of up to 200 airport fire-fighting vehicles (FLKfz mittel FlPl). The duration of the framework agreement shall be 15 years. The FLKfz mittel FlPl serves as a rapid intervention vehicle for use on airports for rescue and firefighting. This is a high-powered, 3-axle emergency vehicle, which, due to its enormous acceleration, arrives first at the scene of the incident to immediately initiate firefighting.
