At the Rhine-Waal University of Applied Sciences, campus Kleve, there have been increased instances of leaks in the wastewater system. To assess the damage, camera inspections were carried out in some areas and several faults were identified. The following measures have been derived from this:

In buildings 04, 05 and 06, the toilet facilities must be renewed and the wastewater pipes of the laboratory sinks must be replaced. In these areas, walls and ceilings must be demolished to create space for installation. After installation, the toilet facilities must be restored. Furthermore, the walls and floors that were damaged as a result of the water damage must also be restored. It must be investigated whether the pre-walls can be dismantled non-destructively to allow for future leaks and faults to be repaired non-destructively. Several variants are to be presented as part of the LP02. In buildings 01, 02, 08, 09, 11, 16 and 18, a renovation with a liner system is to be planned.
