The subject of the public procurement is a) the new construction of a single-story pavilion for follow-up care of the Long-Term Care Facility (hereinafter „Pavilon“) with a capacity of 15 double rooms in the hospital complex in Valašské Meziříčí with preparation for a possible basement in the southern part of the building, b) related constructions – extension of the existing parking lot, retaining walls and land improvements, hardened areas, new area drainage systems and their modification, modification of area distribution systems (sewerage connection and relocation of the area water supply), vegetation improvements, removal of the original and implementation of new fencing, implementation of new public and area lighting and removal of the former pumping station (hereinafter „Related constructions“), c) building modifications consisting of connecting the Pavilon with pavilion D. All construction work must be carried out with consideration of the specificity of the hospital environment and with regard to ensuring that these construction works do not interfere with the operation of the hospital and the care of patients. The building objects are designed on the lands par. č. 1110/1, 1110/2, 1111/1, 1111/18 and 2843 in the cadastral area of Valašské Meziříčí-město, whereas the contractor has established a building right for the land par. č. 1111/18 from the city of Valašské Meziříčí.
