This notice aims to establish 4 single-supplier framework agreements with minimum and maximum amounts and call-off orders for the provision of multi-technical services for the operation, maintenance, control and management of RATP building equipment in Île-de-France, under the management mandate of RATP REAL ESTATE (RRE), a subsidiary of the RATP. Framework agreements with call-off orders with minimum and maximum amounts, divided into 4 lots: — 2 lots for Tertiary sites: Lot A and Lot B, — 1 lot for DATA sites: Lot C, — 1 lot for Industrial sites: Lot D. The consultation aims to conclude 4 framework agreements with fixed prices and call-off orders with a requirement for results and a minimum number of human resources.
