Germany – Architectural, construction, engineering and inspection services – Grundschule Beuthener Straße in Hannover- Tragwerksplanung gem. §§ 49-52 HOAI 2021

The Beuthener Straße Primary School in Hannover was partially destroyed by a fire. The 4-track primary school is to be fundamentally renovated at the existing location, and expanded in the area of the fire to include an auditorium, sanitary facilities, full-day care, and a single-court sports hall. The school will be completely relocated during the construction period, so the realization can be carried out in one construction section. The gross floor area of the areas to be renovated and expanded is approximately 6,360 m2. The building is protected as a historic monument. The total investment volume is estimated at around 40 million euros gross (cost groups 200 to 700). The structural engineering for this project has so far been accompanied by a structural engineering office up to and including LP2. The existing planning is to be taken over and continued and completed in the remaining performance phases (from LP 3 onwards).
