Poland – Architectural, construction, engineering and inspection services – Konkurs dwuetapowy architektoniczno-urbanistyczny na opracowanie koncepcji hali sportowo-widowiskowej w Piotrkowie Trybunalskim

The subject of the competition is the architectural concept of a sports and entertainment hall along with the development of the land on plots with the following numbers: 126/6, 131/6, 133/8, 138/8, 139/7, 140/3, 144/6, 143/3, 146/3, 145/6, 149/3, 150/6, 152/3, 151/4, 151/5, 156/3, 157/1, 159/3, 158/3, 457, 165/1, 165/2, 165/4, 168/3, 167/1, 173/4, 174/1 in Piotrków Trybunalski. The competition is conducted in a restricted and two-stage procedure.

a) Qualifying Stage:

– Interested parties wishing to participate in the Competition submit applications for admission to the competition in accordance with the provisions of Section IV of the Regulations within the time limit specified in the Competition Schedule;

– The Organiser admits to the Competition and invites to submit Conceptual Works those participants who meet the objective criteria specified by the Organiser in Section IV of the Regulations.

b) Stage I of the Competition – submission and evaluation of Conceptual Works:

– Submission of Conceptual Works by the Competition participants invited to submit Conceptual Works based on the applications for admission within the time limit specified in the Competition Schedule. The scope, form of the work and the method of presenting the Conceptual Works have been specified in Section V of the Regulations;

– Evaluation of the anonymised Conceptual Works by the Competition Jury based on the criteria specified in Section VI of the Regulations and selection of the five (5) best Conceptual Works meeting the requirements specified in the Regulations, which will be qualified for Stage II of the Competition;

– Invitation to submit Competition Works to those participants whose Conceptual Works have been qualified for Stage II of the Competition.

c) Stage II of the Competition – submission and evaluation of Competition Works and resolution of the Competition:

– Submission of Competition Works by the participants whose Conceptual Works have been qualified for Stage II of the Competition within the time limit specified in the Competition Schedule. The scope, form of the work and the method of presenting the Competition Works have been specified in Section VII of the Regulations;

– Evaluation of the anonymised Competition Works by the Competition Jury based on the criteria specified in Section VIII of the Regulations.

– Resolution of the competition, i.e. selection of the best Competition Work (1st Prize) and awarding of the remaining Prizes in accordance with the provisions of Section IX of the Regulations;

– Approval by the Contracting Authority of the resolution of the competition and official announcement of the Competition results;

– Finalisation of the results of the Competition resolution.
