Description

The subject of the Public Procurement is the acquisition of a connection of ultra-high-performance liquid chromatography (UHPLC) with high-resolution tandem mass spectrometry (HRTMS) equipped with ion mobility. The device enables the complex analysis of complex samples containing a large number of analytes in a wide range of molecular weights, polarity, and concentrations. It enables detailed structural analysis of materials after extraction into the liquid phase and the separation of individual components in various chromatographic modes, as well as their direct analysis using a direct probe or laser desorption-ionization (with or without a matrix). The selectivity of the measurement will be supported by ion mobility separation with the possibility of determining collision cross-sections to support the characterization of analytes. The device must allow for targeted and non-targeted analysis of sample components. When measuring directly using laser desorption-ionization, it must allow for mass imaging (mapping) of the surface of a solid sample or its section. The delivery must include software enabling device control, data collection and processing, software for metabolite analysis, multivariate statistics for tracking chemical differences between different materials and samples, and evaluation of data from mass imaging experiments. The minimum requirements for the subject of the Public Procurement are defined by technical, commercial, or other contractual conditions, which are attached to the tender documentation. In particular, the Technical Specification and the binding Terms of the Contract.
