Germany – Architectural, construction, engineering and inspection services – 256522 GRBM Neubau Triogebäude - TGA 1.7

The intention is to award a contract under RBBau for the following services:

- Specialist planning services for technical building equipment (ALG 1.7) according to Part 4, Section 2, HOAI (2021) from LPH 2 (50% share), LPH 3+5-8 as a staged contract (LPH 2 (share) + 3 = 1st stage (construction), LPH 5-8 = 2nd stage (planning and implementation)).

Brief description of the measure:

The Delmetal-Kaserne site in Delmenhorst is located at Abernettistraße 200, 27755 Delmenhorst. The Delmetal-Kaserne houses logistics units responsible for material supply in operations. The focus is on transport, maintenance, and logistical support.

The construction of a new Triogebäude TYP 3 according to the specifications of the model planning (planning aid for economic and care buildings of the Bundeswehr) and the area regulation C 1810/ 0-6230 is required in the immediate vicinity of the planned economic building. In the immediate vicinity of the new troops' kitchen with access, the Triogebäude will be constructed taking into account the tree population and the boundary distance. The delivery and waste disposal will take place at the rear via an already planned and to be expanded asphalted access road within the framework of the troops' kitchen.

The building volume is derived from the functions inside. The rooms entrance, foyer, distribution, kiosk, dining room, and the club rooms including sanitary facilities for guests result in a predominantly wooden single-story building that serves as a meeting point and community facility. The second building with kitchen and its ancillary rooms, partial basement for technical rooms, and the superimposed ventilation unit will be constructed in masonry and reinforced concrete.

The predominantly single-story building with its green flat roof and the roof of the ventilation unit will be used for the installation of a photovoltaic system. The area accessible to guests is basically barrier-free. The development of an economical and cost-effective concept is the top priority. Comprehensive principles for sustainable planning and construction, operation and maintenance, and for the later use of the site will be taken into account. The guideline for Sustainable Building will be followed in principle and an appropriate application will be made. The fact sheets 1.1.6 "Risks to the local environment" and 3.1.3 "Indoor air hygiene" will be taken into account and the substitute procedures for the life cycle assessment (LCA) and for the building-related costs in the life cycle (LCC) will be applied.
