The subject of the Public Contract is the provision of services for the technical supervision of the builder and the BOZP coordinator during the implementation of the construction of the "Reconstruction of the Runway and Associated Operational Areas of Leoš Janáček Airport Ostrava" (hereinafter referred to as the "Construction") including the provision of necessary decisions. The subject of the performance is therefore the execution of the technical supervision of the builder in accordance with Act No. 283/2021 Coll., the Building Act, as amended (hereinafter referred to as the "Building Act") and the coordinator of safety and health protection at work on the construction site in accordance with Act No. 309/2006 Coll., which regulates further requirements for safety and health protection at work in employment relationships and for ensuring safety and health protection in activities or provision of services outside employment relationships (Act on Ensuring Further Conditions for Safety and Health Protection at Work) as amended (hereinafter referred to as the "BOZP Act"). The subject of the implementation of the Construction is the reconstruction of existing and the construction of new operational areas and facilities to increase the safety of air traffic at Leoš Janáček Airport Ostrava.
