The subject of this framework agreement and the contracts to be awarded under it covers:

• urban design missions within the framework of the development project, • the preparation of operational files: providing the necessary elements for the impact study, contributing to the development of ZAC creation and implementation files, • assistance to the SPL, the city of Vitry-sur-Seine and the EPT in consultation, • urban, architectural and landscape coordination of construction operations (housing, activities, facilities) carried out under various project management, monitoring of the overall urban project, communication actions, regulatory and operational translation of the project and updating of the founding documents. • full design and build contracts for public spaces. • Synthesis and coordination of concessionaires.
