The subject of the contract is the “Faculty management of the work and coordination of the health and safety service of the project COMPLETION OF THE NEW CAMP LAS CUESTA” This tender results from the “Resolution of the administrative contract for the execution of the Modified Project of the Execution Project of the Centre for the Attention to the Physically Disabled CAMP LA CUESTA”, due to the failure to meet the deadlines set out in the Particular Administrative Clauses Document and which constitute partial deadlines, by Decree no. D0000006169, dated 17 June 2025, which led to the automatic resolution of the “Administrative services contract for the drafting and management of the work of the modified project of the Execution Project of the Centre for the Attention to the Physically Disabled CAMP LA CUESTA, in the t.m. of Santa Cruz de Tenerife, formally declared by the contracting authority by Decree D0000008503 of 15 April 2026. To avoid the progressive deterioration of the executed construction, and to be able to retender the works that allow the materialisation of a resource as expected and needed as the New Camp la Cuesta, the urgent need to have a project that allowed the completion of the work, which included updated prices to the current market conditions and adapted to the current mandatory regulations, was made clear. The complete document is received on 2 June 2025, with a project execution budget of 8,105,576.75 €, and a tender base budget of 9,645,636.34 € IGIC included (IGIC type 0). As a consequence of the above, in order to guarantee the correct execution and follow-up of the works contained in the PROJECT FOR THE COMPLETION OF THE NEW CAMP LAS CUESTA, it is considered necessary to contract, through an open procedure, the faculty management of the aforementioned work for the performance of the functions attributed to it by Law 9/2017, of 8 November, on Public Sector Contracts (hereinafter LCSP), Royal Decree 1098/2001, of 12 October, approving the General Regulation of the Law of Contracts of the Public Administrations (hereinafter RGLCAP), as well as the rest of the applicable regulations.
