The subject of the contract is the provision of services for the Development and Maintenance of the SENT system: 1.1. within the scope of the basic contract: 1) carrying out by the Contractor, on behalf of the Contracting Authority, modifications to the System, the scope of which includes providing new and modernising existing functionalities of the System used in KAS, in a number not exceeding 1,600 Osobodni, in accordance with the requirements set out in point 4 of TOM III SWZ - OPZ, hereinafter referred to as: Development on Request or System Development, 2) providing the System Maintenance Service in accordance with the requirements set out in point 5 of TOM III SWZ - OPZ, hereinafter referred to as: System Maintenance Service. 1.2. within the scope of the contract subject to the option: 1) providing new and modernising existing functionalities of the System used in KAS within the scope of Development on Request, in a number not exceeding 2,400 Osobodni, in accordance with the requirements set out in point 4 of TOM III SWZ - OPZ, 2) providing the System Maintenance Service, in accordance with the requirements set out in point 5 of TOM III SWZ – OPZ. 2.
