Svendborg Municipality invites tenders for the following services: Preparatory courses to bring young people aged 18 to 29 with complex challenges beyond unemployment closer to being able to start education or employment. Challenges beyond unemployment can be a psychiatric diagnosis or the young person being under investigation for this. The procurement is carried out in accordance with Act No. 1564 of 15 December 2015 (Public Procurement Act) section III public procurement of social and other specific services above the threshold, with the amendments following Act No. 204 of 5 March 2019, Act No. 1251 of 30 November 2019 and § 1 in Act No. 884 of 21 June 2022. The threshold value is calculated based on services within the Light Regime.
