Germany – Repair and maintenance services of building installations – Technisches Facility Management Services

GASCADE Gastransport GmbH is constructing a modern office building including a canteen and a meeting space for a maximum of 400 people (approx. 15,000 m2 gross floor area (GFA)) at Joseph-Beuys-Straße 17, 34117 Kassel, which will serve as the new company headquarters. The building consists of a three-part structure with a central atrium and a basement. The southern parts of the building have five storeys, the northern parts have four storeys plus a set-back storey, and are planned as hybrid timber construction. The Dispatching Centre is located within the building, from where the entire long-distance gas pipeline network is monitored and controlled. Furthermore, the Security Centre/ Alarm Receiving Centre, which is operated 24/7/365 by an external service provider, is located within the building. Additionally, a freestanding parking garage with 4 or 5 split-level floors and partial basement for technical rooms in system construction as a steel frame construction with an open green facade will be erected on the site (approx. 7,000 m2 GFA). As part of the tender for Technical Facility Management Services, GASCADE Gastransport GmbH is seeking a Technical Facility Management Service Provider who can ensure professional operation of the technical systems, their availability, as well as a very high level of user satisfaction and operational safety.
