France – Survey services – Prestations d'étude d'accessibilité

This notice aims to establish a single-supplier framework agreement with no minimum and a maximum amount of 2 174 000 €, for services related to the accessibility study of RATP networks (Bus, RER A/B, Tramway and metro) for wheelchair users and people with visual, hearing, intellectual disabilities and seniors. The objective of the system is: - to identify concerns and factors that may have either facilitated or hindered people with disabilities in their movements, - to measure overall satisfaction and the image of each mode (Bus, RER A/B, Tramway, metro), - to update changes in experience and perception over the waves of the barometer, - to prioritise expectations, - to deduce action tracks to be implemented to reassure and satisfy people with disabilities according to the modes. Each year, the scope can be reviewed according to the disabilities surveyed and/or according to the networks surveyed. The estimated start date of the service is October 2026.
