Geothermie Gräfelfing GmbH & Co. KG (GGK) intends to construct a deep geothermal plant for municipal heat supply. The Malm reservoir is to be developed for heat supply. As part of this plan, a deep geothermal plant and an associated district heating network with redundancy and peak heating plant are to be planned, constructed and operated. In this context, the drilling of four geothermal deep wells (two doublets, each with one production well and one injection well) from a common drilling site and the construction of a technical building are planned. One of the two doublets is to serve as an independent redundancy and peak load supply to ensure 100% CO2-free heat supply. The planned site is located at "Neurieder Weg 1", municipality: 8673 Gräfelfing, parcel: 180/0.
