The subject of the public contract is the supply, installation and commissioning of a device for the visualisation of biomolecules, together with the services related to the subject of the supply as specified in the Draft Purchase Contract (Annex 3 of the tender documentation). Annex 1 of the Draft Purchase Contract contains the technical conditions of the subject of the contract in the form of absolute (minimum) technical requirements. If a tenderer does not meet any of the absolute (minimum) technical requirements, they will be excluded from the tender procedure. Compliance with these parameters will also be required by the contracting authority as part of the installation and acceptance of the subject of the contract.
