1. The subject of the contract is the supply of a heavy rescue-firefighting vehicle. 2. As part of the contract, the contractor undertakes to carry out the execution of the contract, including: 2.1. delivery of the vehicle in accordance with the requirements described in Annex 2 to the SWZ Detailed Description of the Subject of the Contract and in Annex 1 to the SWZ Contract Project, 2.2. obtaining all required certificates, certificates, tests, etc. required by law, 2.3. conducting training for vehicle operators, 2.4. transferring ownership to the contracting authority and handing over the subject of the contract, 2.5. performing, no less than once a year, free inspections during the warranty period.
