Austria – Industrial process control equipment and remote-control equipment – Rahmenvereinbarung über die Lieferung eines Fernwirksystems

The scope of the services to be procured is a framework agreement with a planned initial delivery of approximately 100 control cabinets including pre-assembled passive components and internal wiring, as well as the separate delivery of active components for a remote control system for heating systems, and for the further delivery of approximately 40 remote control units per year over a period of five years with an option to extend by a maximum of three times one year. The delivery includes, in addition to the delivery of the control cabinets including the pre-assembled passive components and the internal wiring, the delivery of the original-packaged active components with intact manufacturer's seal along with configuration and parameterisation tool directly to the contracting authority. For each control cabinet including the active and passive components, the corresponding spare parts for a period of 5 years from delivery must be made available to the contracting authority. The installation of the active components in the pre-assembled control cabinets and the connection of the remote control units on site is carried out by the contracting authority and is therefore not part of the services to be procured. Additionally, the contractor must develop a basic parameterisation for the communication of the delivered remote control systems with a local SCADA system of the contracting authority (currently WinCC OA 3.20). In this regard, the basic parameterisation for two standard types must be initially conceived and adapted to special types during the term of the framework agreement.
