The successful tenderer's task is to perform and deliver the tasks related to the production and delivery of the awards, as specified in the Act CXII of 1990 on the Kossuth Prize and the Széchenyi Prize (hereinafter: Award Act), based on individual orders from the date the contract enters into force (from the date of signature by both parties to the contract) until 30 November 2028. Definitions: Award: state recognition as defined in the Award Act. According to Section 3(1) of the Award Act, the symbolic representation of the Kossuth and Széchenyi Prizes consists of the memorial statue and the badge. Memorial Statue: according to Section 3(2) of the Award Act, it consists of the following two parts: - small sculpture: 89 mm high, gold-plated, bronze sculpture depicting the figure of Lajos Kossuth or István Széchenyi; - pedestal: 255 mm high, 40 mm in diameter, a bronze cylinder, the upper part of which, supporting the statue, is gold-plated, and the lower part, which holds the certificate, is silver-plated. Badge: a medal depicting the bas-relief portrait of Lajos Kossuth or István Széchenyi, as specified in Section 3(1) of the Award Act, which is made of CuZn10 using the steel die, provided for this purpose and belonging to the procuring entity, by means of stamping/pressing, with a galvanically gold-plated surface. Presentation boxes: a presentation box with a solid wood appearance, a sealed and lacquered surface for storing the memorial statue, and a presentation box for storing the badge, which fits into the presentation box of the memorial statue. The subject of the present procurement is the production (replication/manufacturing) and delivery of the memorial statue, the badge, and the presentation boxes for storing the memorial statue and the badge (hereinafter collectively: award), as well as the provision of Other Services related to the awards [repair, cleaning (which is not part of the warranty obligation), modification]. The total period of performance during which the awards to be delivered are: Award Name Quantity Unit of Measure Kossuth Prize 48 pcs Széchenyi Prize 47 pcs The base quantity of Other Services to be provided: 60 hours. The procuring entity orders, on an annual basis, such quantities from the above quantities through individual orders, that it can meet its legal obligation to award the award, and informs the T. economic operators that the expected maximum quantity of the highest value procurement is planned: 72 pcs. Taking this value into account, the procuring entity has determined the reference value prescribed in the eligibility criteria. The budget available for drawing down the base quantities of the contract: net 48.5 million HUF. In addition to this budget, the procuring entity is entitled to order further quantities up to an additional net 14.5 million HUF (+30% quantity deviation) during the validity of the contract to be concluded with the successful tenderer. AK records that if the maximum value of the +30% quantity deviation is not a whole number (pcs or hours), then for the purpose of determining the maximum value, it is rounded down, and the whole number thus obtained indicates the 30% quantity deviation limit. The successful tenderers must fulfil the production and delivery of the awards ordered within the quantity deviation framework, and/or the provision of Other Services, at the unit price offered in relation to the base quantity, if the procuring entity exercises the option to draw down the quantity deviation. The procuring entity is entitled, during the validity of the contract concluded on the basis of the procurement procedure, before the expiry of such a time point, to draw down the quantity deviation, so that the delivery of the awards to be ordered and the provision of Other Services can take place during the validity of the contract. The quantity deviation can be drawn down in part or in full. The procuring entity undertakes to draw down 50% of the base quantity.
