Netherlands – Architectural, construction, engineering and inspection services – Ingenieursdiensten t.b.v. het Overdrachtsdossier ProRail 'Onderdoorgang Dampten - spoor'

The municipality of Hoorn is looking for a ProRail certified engineering firm to work with it and ProRail within the framework of the Tunnelalliantie (a chain collaboration between initiators, ProRail and specifically recognised contractors for the realisation of railway underpasses) to produce a transfer dossier. The result of the assignment is a OD that is accepted by ProRail and, in the next phase, converted by that organisation into a tender dossier. Part of the OD is an investment estimate, which is presented to the municipal council. See the tender documents for further information.
