Works for the completion of floor coverings, ceilings, doors, painting, partitions, dismantling and renovation of wooden elements, scaffolding, and floor protection. The duration of the works (erection) is 260 working days in phases, to commence in the 1st semester 2027. The works are awarded at unit prices.
