The supply and distribution of products within the Romanian School Programme, for preschoolers in kindergartens with a normal 4-hour state programme and pupils in state primary and gymnasium education, as well as for preschoolers and pupils included in special education in Sălaj County. (Lot I: bakery products - bread and biscuits, Lot II: Fruit – apples) The daily value limit includes the total purchase price of the products, including value added tax, transport, distribution and storage costs, as follows: a) for the portion of bakery products - for bread 0.68 lei without VAT, for biscuits 0.62 lei without VAT b) for the portion of Fruit – apples 0.72 lei without VAT The daily value limit includes the total purchase price of the products, transport, distribution and storage costs. Lot I - Bakery products - bread and biscuits, MINIMUM and MAXIMUM quantities that may be requested during the entire framework agreement: MINIMUM quantities = 12,827,661 units and MAXIMUM quantities = 12,907,433 units MAXIMUM quantities that may be the subject of the largest subsequent contract among those to be awarded during the framework agreement: 4,382,301 units The maximum estimated value of the largest subsequent contract that is anticipated to be awarded during the framework agreement: 2,873,640 lei without VAT. Lot II - Fruit – apples MINIMUM and MAXIMUM quantities that may be requested during the entire framework agreement: MINIMUM quantities = 5,188,182 units and MAXIMUM quantities = 5,220,446 units MAXIMUM quantities that may be the subject of the largest subsequent contract among those to be awarded during the framework agreement: 1,772,078 units The maximum estimated value of the largest subsequent contract that is anticipated to be awarded during the framework agreement: 1,275,896.16 lei without VAT. The number of days until which clarifications can be requested before the deadline for submission of tenders/applications: 22 The Contracting Authority will respond to clarification requests before the deadline for submission of tenders 15 days before the deadline for submission of tenders. Clarification requests will be uploaded to SEAP, in the relevant section, in editable PDF format. The method of correspondence between the Contracting Authority and tenderers will be online via SEAP.
