This contract is subject to the provisions of the Public Procurement Code. This document is referred to as "the Code" throughout the tender documents. Classified as a supplies contract, it is subject to the provisions of the CCAG "Common Supplies and Services" approved by a decree of 30 March 2021. The procurement procedure used is: open tender. It is subject to the provisions of Articles L. 2124-2, R. 2124-2 1° and R. 2161-2 to R. 2161-5 of the Public Procurement Code. The present consultation will result in a framework agreement with purchase orders. This framework agreement is awarded in accordance with Articles L2125-1 1°, R. 2162-1 to R. 2162-6, R. 2162-13 and R. 2162-14 of the Public Procurement Code and sets out all the conditions for the performance of the services. It is executed as needs arise by issuing purchase orders, within the following financial limits: no minimum amount and a maximum annual amount of 100,000 euros excl. VAT.
