The subject of the contract is comprehensive insurance for Miejski Zakład Komunikacyjny w Bielsku-Białej Sp. z o.o., which includes the following parts: 1. Part 1 (Task No. 1) - Property and civil liability insurance; 1.1. Property insurance against all risks (including glass and other items against breakage, property against theft with break-in and robbery). 1.2. Electronic equipment insurance against all risks. 1.3. Civil liability insurance for business activities and property ownership. 2. Part 2 (Task No. 2) - Transport insurance 2.1. Compulsory civil liability insurance for owners and users of mechanical vehicles for damages arising from the movement of these vehicles (OC). 2.2. Vehicle insurance against damage and theft (Autocasco). 2.3. Green card insurance. 2.4. Glass insurance. 2.5. Task covered by the "right of option" - Transport insurance for leased vehicles in the scope of OC, NNW and AC.
