Germany – Architectural, engineering and planning services – Neubau Labor- und Bürogebäude für die Universität Oldenburg Fachplanung Labor (ALG 7)

Due to a significant demand for medical research space at the Universitätsmedizin Oldenburg in Oldenburg, the State of Lower Saxony intends to construct a new medical laboratory and office building, 2nd phase (see perspective) for the University of Oldenburg. The new building will have a total area of 3,400m2 (NUF 1-6) and will include laboratory and office spaces, meeting rooms, storage, ancillary rooms, and infrastructure areas. This new building is the second of three construction phases at a new medical campus in Oldenburg. The estimated site development and construction costs amount to approximately 65,102,000 EUR (gross).
