Restricted design contest on Esquisse +, phase candidature: The present programme concerns the construction of a new 1 090 m² (net usable area) tertiary ERP building, the headquarters of ENERGIE EURE et LOIR, meeting current quality, safety and energy performance standards, in order to provide a functional and sustainable tool adapted to professional needs and the reception of school audiences. The present contract is awarded in accordance with the provisions of law n°85 704 of 12 July 1985, known as the "MOP law" and its implementing texts. This contract includes an insertion clause, the successful tenderer must carry out an insertion action to facilitate access to or return to employment for people experiencing social and/or professional difficulties. The present call for tenders is open to multidisciplinary design teams. The estimated financial envelope allocated to the works is 4 100 000 €HT. The 3 selected candidates who have submitted the required documents will each receive a fee of 25 000 €HT.
