Germany – Engineering design services – Planungleistung Erschließungsplanung für Verkehrsflächen und Infrastruktur

The contracting authority intends to cover the overall service "Planning Service for Development Planning of Traffic Areas and Infrastructure" in the following three lots:

Lot 1: Development Planning of Drainage Systems

Lot 2: Development Planning of Infrastructure (Water, District Heating, Electricity, Telecommunications and Lighting)

Lot 3: Development Planning of Traffic Facilities and Technical Equipment

The following service phases shall be carried out for all lots:

- Phase 1: Preliminary Studies

- Phase 2: Preliminary Design

- Phase 3: Detailed Design

- The approval design phase is omitted, approval of the detailed design is sufficient.

- Phase 5: Implementation Design

- Phase 6: Preparation of Tender Documents

- Phase 7: Assistance in the Tendering Process

- Phase 8: Construction Supervision

- Phase 9: Project Management and Documentation

Special Services: Cost allocation to three cost bearers, route coordination, marking and signage plan, coordination of the overall project, local construction supervision according to HOAI 2021, Section 3 Engineering Structures and Section 4 Traffic Facilities.
