Romania – Multimedia equipment – Furnizare ” Sistem integrat de management și control pentru dispecerat (sistem audio-video)”

Under this contract, an integrated management and control system for dispatch (audio-video system) will be procured for the Parking Command and Monitoring Centre of the Municipal Company Parking București S.A., located at Intrarea Bădeni nr. 9, Sector 3, Bucharest. The system will include the equipment, components, and technical solutions necessary for its integrated operation, in accordance with the requirements, quantities, and technical specifications provided in the terms of reference.

NOTE: According to the provisions of Article 160 of Law No. 98/2016, as amended and supplemented, the contracting authority sets 1 term - the limit within which it will ensure a clear and complete response to the requests for clarification/information of the tenderers as follows: The number of days until which clarifications can be requested before the deadline for the submission of tenders/applications is 15 days. The contracting authority will respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarification/information in the 11th day before the deadline for the submission of tenders.
