The subject of the contract is the preparation and implementation of a promotional-educational campaign (a comprehensive service of designing, preparing, implementing, broadcasting, optimising and settling a promotional-educational campaign regarding the idea of foster parenting in the area of Wrocław). The campaign is implemented as part of the project “Support not only at the start”, implemented under the Programme “European Funds for Lower Silesia 2021-2027”, co-financed from the European Social Fund Plus. A detailed description and the method of implementing the contract is contained in the contract template, which is Annex no. 8 to the SWZ and the Subject of the Contract Description (OPZ), which is Annex no. 9 to the SWZ.
