The contracting authority intends to conclude a framework agreement with a seven-year duration for the ordering of the manufacture and delivery of up to 480 trailers, 2-wheel, 1t gl le, including accessories, equipment and documentation. The contracting authority intends to include the up to 480 trailers exclusively as an order in the contract, as at the time of the notice the subject trailers are not sufficiently or adequately financed by budget funds. The contracting authority reserves the right to adjust the quantity of trailers to be delivered and the delivery years according to the available budget funds. Furthermore, the contracting authority reserves the right to award the contract based on the initial tenders without entering into negotiations.
