The procurement process includes KU's procurement of framework agreements for technical consultancy and assistance in the years 2027-2031 in connection with planning, maintenance, renovation, conversion, and to a lesser extent new construction. KU is primarily housed in leased properties, which are leased by the Building Agency under the SEA scheme. KU is responsible for the internal maintenance of these properties and in many cases also for the external maintenance. KU also has the main responsibility for interior design and special installations. KU’s property portfolio includes everything from listed and heritage buildings to newly constructed buildings. The buildings vary greatly in terms of construction, architecture, installations, condition and material choices. The buildings contain everything from offices, teaching facilities, auditoriums, laboratories, animal stables, sports facilities, exhibition halls and dental clinics to canteens, technical rooms and meeting rooms. The tender is divided into the following four (4) sub-agreements, where the expected number of consultants per sub-agreement is also shown:

**Sub-agreement 1: Comprehensive Consultancy (desired number of consultants: 3)**

The sub-agreement covers technical consultancy (comprehensive consultancy) in connection with all types of construction and maintenance projects at KU in all phases of the construction period 2027-31. The projects include, among other things, renovation, conversion, interior design and transformation projects such as laboratories, office interiors, listed buildings, relocation, urban planning, user processes and similar. The projects will be of varying complexity, technical nature and size, and will in some cases involve authority processing.

**Sub-agreement 2: Engineering Consultancy (Technical Installations) (desired number of consultants: 3)**

The sub-agreement covers consultancy on technical installations in connection with all types of construction and maintenance projects at KU in all phases of the construction period 2027-31. The projects include, among other things, renovation, conversion, interior design and transformation projects with a focus on everything from highly specialised laboratories to listed and/or heritage buildings. The projects will be of varying complexity, technical nature and size, and will in some cases involve authority processing.

**Sub-agreement 3: Client Consultancy (desired number of consultants: 3)**

The sub-agreement covers client consultancy in connection with planning, construction and maintenance projects at KU in all phases of the construction period 2027-31. The projects include, among other things, planning, renovation, conversion, interior design and transformation projects with a focus on everything from campus planning, highly specialised laboratories to listed and/or heritage buildings. The projects will be of varying complexity, technical nature and size, and will in some cases involve authority processing.

**Sub-agreement 4: Environmental Consultancy (desired number of consultants: 1)**

The sub-agreement covers environmental consultancy in connection with all types of planning, construction and maintenance projects at KU for the period 2027-31. Since the building stock at KU is primarily of an older date, environmental screenings and tests are expected to be carried out on almost all projects, including sampling for asbestos, PCB and mould. The sub-agreement includes the authority processing relevant to the tasks. There may be tasks related to soil and groundwater contamination, as well as geotechnical conditions, but these are limited.
