Germany – Pharmaceutical products – Open-House-Originale-Rabattverträge 2026-11 - Apixaban

The participating funds aim to conclude discount contracts pursuant to Section 130c (1) SGB V with all suitable pharmaceutical companies for the active substance Apixaban. The contract is concluded within the framework of the Open-House-Originale procedure of the participating funds: Individual negotiations on contract terms are not conducted, and uniform conditions apply. The participating health insurance funds do not guarantee exclusivity to individual contracting partners. The contract duration is a maximum of 24 months, starting on 01.10.2026. The contract ends no later than 30.09.2028, regardless of the date of contract conclusion. In the event of patent expiry/expiry of market exclusivity before the aforementioned end date, the contract automatically expires at the end of the month of patent expiry/market exclusivity. Joining this Open-House-Originale procedure is possible at any time during the contract period. All further information can be found in the participation and contract documents.
