Germany – Reconditioning services of rolling stock – Refurbishment Dieselnetz Südwest BR 622 u. 623

The subject of the procurement is a framework agreement for services related to the refurbishment of the South West Diesel Network of the BR 622 and 623 series. The surfaces of the vehicles are to be refurbished internally. The fleet size is 24 x BR 622 and 14 x BR 623. Planned interior works: * Basic cleaning with the use of, among other things, steam * Remove and renew small stickers * Touch up paintwork on various components/walls * Renew anti-splinter films * Remove and renew armrests

The services to be tendered are to be provided in the period from December 2026 to December 2028 in the siding of the contracting authority in Ludwigshafen or Kaiserslautern. The contracting authority has the option to extend the framework agreement twice by one year. The services will be provided under a framework agreement, which in itself does not yet constitute a commitment by the contracting authority to order services. The contractor will only provide the services after a separate individual call-off by the contracting authority.
