Description

The municipality of Utrecht wishes to conclude a Contract with a single Contractor for the management, maintenance and, where necessary, replacement and expansion of (existing) hardware and software security components, whether or not linked to the municipality of Utrecht's Prismata control room system, according to clear, uniform agreements. Expansions of security systems are part of this Contract as project-based realizations. This concerns components and software for the: • Video Management System (VMS); • Access Control System (TCS); • Intercom System (ICS); • Intrusion Detection System (IDS); • Key Cabinets. Part of the Contract is that adjustments to the above-mentioned systems are carried out in the correct manner, so that these are integrally processed in the Prismata control room system, the management and maintenance of which is the responsibility of CroonWolter&Dros B.V. The estimated scope of the Contract amounts to € 9,750,000.00, excluding VAT. This amount includes the annual preventive and corrective maintenance of the security systems at the 19 locations, together with the expected project-based work - including large-scale adjustments, office expansions and component replacements - as well as the initial implementation. The mentioned value concerns an indicative estimate based on the current systems and expected projects during the term of the Contract. No rights can be derived from this.
